Welcome to RhythmFlow Studios. By booking a class or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Class Booking and Cancellation

  • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or official app.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time to receive a class credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the class credit.
  • Class packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Health and Safety

  • You acknowledge that participation in dance classes involves physical exertion and risk of injury. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur.
  • You are responsible for informing your instructor of any pre-existing injuries or health conditions before the class begins.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation in a class if we believe the activity is not suitable for your physical condition.

3. Studio Code of Conduct

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Late entry is at the discretion of the instructor.
  • Proper attire and footwear, as specified for each class, are required.
  • Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disruptive behavior.
  • Personal belongings should be stored in the designated areas. RhythmFlow Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending classes at RhythmFlow Studios, you voluntarily agree to waive and release any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action against RhythmFlow Studios, its owners, instructors, and staff for any injury or loss sustained while on the premises.

5. Changes to Terms

RhythmFlow Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
